It was the year for hats and scarfs around here. Everyone needed one and everyone got one. That is one really great thing about Santa, he always knows what kind of things will come in handy.
Not everyone gets a personal invitation to santa's at christmas time. We are so lucky that way. This year they all got socks, they loved them and we got such a cute picture catching the moment.

On Chirstmas eve we went to grandma and grandpa's house. We are so blessed to live so close to them, so our kids can get to know them. Grandpa read The Chirstmas Sweater to them and they all listened intently. What a special time. We are lucky to be part of this family, to have such good grandparents

So the week before Christmas Jensen's Grove in Blackfoot puts on a live Nativity. All of the churches are involved and it is a really good time for everyone. They asked us if we would be the shepards and angels on one of the nights. We had so much fun dressing up and trying to stay warm. All the personalities in our family came out in those fun costumes. By the end Prestyn had had enough of being a cold shepard so she layed down on a bail of hay, next to the heater and fell fast asleep. How sweet is that.
